Total Delivery Time: Order Processing Time + Shipping Time. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can get it to you without any delays.
You will receive an automated email notifying you that your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email notifying you that your order has been shipped. We will provide you with an order number and tracking information.
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package’s journey. If you are unsure of the tracking ID, please check your delivery confirmation email.
If the tracking information says the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report it to the appropriate carrier using the information on our tracking page. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].
As long as your order is still being processed, we can change your shipping address. Updating the address in your account will not be reflected on your order, so please contact us!
If your order has already been shipped, you can redirect your shipment, but the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. So please let us know as soon as possible, contact us at [email protected] .
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.
If it has been more than 30 days since the delivery date, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your refund or exchange.
Orders that can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment will be fully refunded. We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.
We will not accept cancellations after the order has been shipped. You do not need to cancel your order if you only want to change the color or size of your order.
